No Paw Left Behind
Canine Foster Home Application
Foster Home Program
No Paw Left Behind is a foster network rescue, we rely solely on our foster homes to save the lives of pets in need. A foster home is the most important link in our rescue; our fosters give a loving temporary home to our pets while we interview for loving forever homes.
This agreement is made and hereby entered into between No Paw Left Behind, and Applicant, hereafter referred to as Foster Home. A Foster Home is defined as a temporary home for the dog to live in while it awaits a permanent adoption through No Paw Left Behind. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that this dog gets the highest possible level of care and treatment throughout its stay in our program and also that the Foster Home is aware of the details of the program and willingly agreeing to our terms.

Why do you want to become a foster home? What do you expect from this experience?
*
What experience do you have with dogs? Any particular experience with certain breeds, sizes, personalities, ages or medical conditions?
*
Describe your ideal fostering experience: (What type of dog, schedule, sociability, activity level)
*
We ask a minimum three-week commitment to each pet. Our goal is to place all pets in forever homes within four weeks. If a pet does not find a home in that time, the foster can decide to continue to foster, but an extended stay is not expected.
*
I agree to a three week commitment, but no more
I agree to a three week commitment, and understand it may be longer
I don't feel comfortable with making a three week commitment (would like only short term fosters)
Foster homes do have the option to apply to adopt their foster pet, on the following conditions:
Submit Adoption Application, speak to Adoption Liaison, and pay adoption fee.
